FAQ
Does Neo have a public API to connect it to our own systems?
No. Neo isn’t a platform with an API for third-party integrations — it’s an interface for managing and watching your own agents. If you need to get data from your own system to an agent, or the other way around, that’s done through Integrations, not by connecting to Neo from the outside: the agent calls your service itself, or your service sends events to the webhook address Neo gives you.
Can I add a server without exposing keys or passwords in the open?
Yes — the “DaxBax Neo key” sign-in method generates a key on its own and only asks you to run one command on the server; neither the key nor a password is ever shown back through the interface afterward. See Servers.
What happens if Neo is temporarily unreachable?
Scheduled tasks already assigned keep running — the schedule lives on the agent’s own server. The browser and Telegram topics keep working on their existing license for at least a week.
How do I get back in if I forgot my password?
The “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in page. See Signing In, Signing Out, and Security.
How is an agent different from an ordinary chatbot?
An agent has its own working session on your server (a terminal you can watch under Sessions), memory that persists across conversations, and access to the services you’ve connected to it — it doesn’t just answer messages, it does the work.
